Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of product delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration. Certain items such as innerwear, personal care products, or customized items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons.

To initiate a return request, customers must contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery, mentioning the order number and reason for return. All return requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days after approval. Shipping or handling charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect product delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear supporting images. After verification, an appropriate resolution such as replacement or refund will be provided.
